St. Mary’s College of Teacher Education has a conducive family atmosphere, authority is decentralised and responsibilities are shared among the staff and students. Therefore even after the students have completed the course, they still have the family feeling and spirit projected in the form of the Alumni Association. Some of them hold prominent positions within the country and abroad. The alumni play important roles in different committees with different assignments given to their committees. The Alumni contributed much to the development of the institution; a number of them gave demonstration classes on different method papers. The activities of the Alumni Association conducted in the College are:
